VideosAlong with Jade Rose (the colour I went to the Chanel A/W show in Paris to blog about) Paradoxal is a new shade for Autumn which will be on sale at Chanel counters on August 13th 2010. At first I thought it was a darker variation of Particuliere but after applying it I noticed it is quite purple and industrial looking. After 1 day I LOVE it!!!!! 2 tone colour seems to be the new thing in nail polishes as a pose to block and matte colours.
This colour looks great! Have you heard about Chanel’s pop-up nail bar in Selfridges?
Does the color have any shimmer to it? It looks lighter in the bottle, but your picture makes it look very dark and creamy (rather than shimmery). TIA!
I wouldnt describe it as a shimmer. In the bottle you can really see the purple but when you paint it on it looks more dark grey/brown. The purple tone is very subtle but shows up more in the light and gives the colour an added dimension. Its an interesting colour!
The chanel nail polish is actually is available in the boutiques now. Better get it now before its sold out!!!
